We are unapologetic about our passion for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion work!
Brandice J. Thomas created BJ Thomas Consulting Group to help organizations break and remove systemic barriers resulting from unconscious biases in the Talent Management and Talent Acquisition processes and policies. Removing and breaking systemic barriers creates opportunities for companies to increase recruiting, hiring, developing, promotion, and retention of underrepresented and underserved communities that may not otherwise have the options.
BJ Thomas Consulting Group results from over 15 years of dedicated Diversity and Inclusion work to prepare employers for the global workforce's future and the changing demographics.
We understand that workplace diversity is more than just the right thing to do! Time and time again, it has been proven that diversity and inclusion have the following benefits:
» Increase in revenue and the bottom line
» Better employee engagement
» Better productivity
» Increase in employee retention
» More innovation
Each organization is different, therefore requiring a unique approach and customized solutions. Whether it's defining what diversity means for your organization, figuring out how to be more inclusive, or you want to improve your current D&I programs and initiatives… BJ Thomas Consulting Group is for you!
